    I eat every thing up here besides the oats. Have Some kind of Allergy when consuming it. Avocado is my number one pick for sure. Can make so many different dishes with it and add it to so many different things. Nice vid!

    Iโ€™d be very careful with dark chocolate. Yes it is much healtier than other types of chocolate but still it is processed food. Meaning harmful fats and sugar in abundants

    Sulphoraphane is a compound found in cruciferous veg. Amongst many other things it fights cancer and neurological disorders. It is formed when two compounds join to produce it which hapenns through the chewing of the veg. Cooking destroys this compound from ever forming.
