    almonds have a lot of oxalates. i was eating almonds on a daily basis, guess what happened? Very annoying Kidney pain and discomfort. what solved it? stop eating almonds, or at least that many.

    I recently went for a blood test and the nurse was upset because my records didn't say anything about being on blood thinners. I was gushing blood where she had pricked me with the needle. The reason my records didn't mention blood thinners is because I'm not on any. She was in disbelief when I told her. After a great deal of research I learned the GOJI BERRIES can act like a blood thinner in some people. So, I've cut my consumption down to only a few times a week rather than every day. They do have a lot of beneficial properties.

    I used to eat goji berries but then I realized why sometimes I would feel sick after eating them, even in small amounts.. And then I found out that they are a night shade berry! I probably have a strong sensitivity but hearing this again makes me want to try them again but even thinking about it makes me sick.

    The meat is different from the nut.

    My thoughts about this:
    1. No Honey. Todays Honey ist mostly of poor quality. Bees are feed with sugar water and honey nowadays is as unnatural as todays cow milk. Beside the moral view that bees are robbed. Modern humas are not able to take what their really need, they take what they greed.
    2. Coconot oil has a coollng effect and is often imported from far away.

    It gets tiring trying to figure this out. In all the other videos he says go Keto HFLC diet then you get this video where everything is high carb except avos and you can't eat any of them if you are on a low carb diet.
