I’m on a kick with the savoury recipes. As summer time turns to Fall I believe its pure to crave some heartier meals. This kale salad is straightforward but tasty. Make it extra filling by including chunks of avocado and roasted candy potato. The wonderful thing about kale salads is that they retailer nicely within the fridge for a couple of days and turn out to be much more flavourful.


Kale Salad with Garlicy Pecan Butter Dressing

I characteristic Vivapura’s uncooked pecan butter on this salad dressing. Its stone floor and silky clean.



1/4 cup raw pecan butter

1 clove garlic, minced on a microplane

3 tablespoons water

3 tablespoons lemon juice

2 teaspoons olive oil

2 teaspoons maple syrup

1/8 teaspoon himalayan salt

Whisk all components collectively in a bowl or jar.


1 bunch of kale, stemmed and chopped

1/2 teaspoon himalayan salt

1 small purple pepper, diced small

3 tablespoons hemp seeds

3 tablespoons dried pomegranate seeds

1/4 cup pistachios or pecans

Massage the chopped kale and salt collectively with your palms in a bowl till the kale is wilted. Toss all components collectively. Mix the dressing into the veggies. Serve.
