    There are so many diets to lose weight ,in my opinion you have to be realistic ,that means every person has his own way to do it depending on
    time,work,if busy and how fit she/he is..
    i have tried various diets before and i lost weight all the time because you stick with a certain program and it will work.
    but now if you want something fast and healthy than may be you need to think about ketogenic diet or intermittent fasting its just amazing how you lose weight very fast.right now i have lost more than 22 pounds with ketogenic diet in 12 weeks and i remember within 2-3 weeks i have lost 12 pounds so it is possible.
    honestly i think ketogenic diet is a miracle but make sure you drink enough water and eat you vegetables/salads daily.
