A yoga practice that is set up mindfully and encourages you to be present and aware has the power to change everything. It can transform a busy mind to a focused mind. A tired body to a light body. A sad heart to a hopeful one.

    What did you experience today?

I was sick for 1 1/2 weeks and this was my first “not-gentle” yoga practice since getting better. Tbh in the first downward dog I was yelling at the screen but afterwards I was so happy that I stuck with it.
Im sorry for yelling, thank you so much for this practice, namaste 🙏

I just finished 30 days of yoga sporadically, learning the fundamentals. Now I just finished this one and I can say it was the most connected present and most calm I've felt. Loving the slow and steady evolvement and absolutely love you and Benji's energy. Namaste <3

Thanks yet again for helping get into my day feeling like a Boss Bitch Baby! Get so inspired by your videos! I have been lately brain storming ideas to incorporate this mindful practise in to Vocal Training and dreaming of launching my own little youtube channel and spreading the mindful "LOVE YOURSELF throughout the process" with the power of the voice! Thank you for always having the remedy for what ales me!

Such a good practice to go back on the mat after a couple days with terrible migraine and neck pain. I just skipped the headstand-ish parts to protect my still painful neck 🙂 and all the rest was perfect for me today !

This is by far my favorite yoga video. I do this specific video multiple times per week. I do your videos everyday, but this one is most definitely the best one. I always feel so amazing and open after. My mind feels like it's been reset along with my body. I just wanted to say thank you along with everyone else. You're amazing Adriene <3

I needed a longer session today so I did this one from Care 2019 I had not done yet, and it felt great! I got a little distracted for a few seconds and laughed seeing Benji being very interested in that flower glass, smelling and then licking the vase, like "what IS this ?!", he has sometimes the same look as my fury girl <3 They're so expressive!

It was actually pretty funny. Just as my brain was communicating to me that I am tired, Adriene asked, "What is your heart saying?". In earnest, I tuned into my heart, which told me that it was in pain, anguish even, which must have been what was communicating to my brain and my body that I am tired. However, once I realized I was in emotional pain, I started breathing more deeply and letting it go as I moved through the rest of the practice. Now at the end, I feel balanced and light. Namaste c:
