    Tried but too much talking not enough silence to really get into the routine. I would enjoy if the talking was cut in half and more breathing appreciation

    Adriene this practice, like all your others, is so good for the soul.
    The other day I was told that I have a high chance of developing cancer in the near future – the oxidative stress in my body is off the charts.

    I LOVE it when she says spread your hands like starfish pressing with fingers because it’s connotation is so positive, kind yet powerful. I don’t like the claw through the fingerprints it’s connotation is scary , harsh, negative.

    All caught up for March 2019… I wasn't in a bad mood but I thought , "I will do this one and keep it handy for when I really am in a bad mood😉😋"… and I know exactly when I shall need this… I completed today's practice with today's yoga for focus and productivity…loved it… I couldn't do the tree pose but that is what I really appreciate with Adriene: we do what we can, acknowledge where we are, not all days are the same, no two practices are the same and we are gently and lovingly invited with each practice to carry on growing 😍

    i haven't done yoga in a week because uni has been so stressful therefore I'm a few days behind on reset. A part of me just wants to give up but I know I love yoga and yoga is helping me love myself so no matter what I will always make this time for myself. to whoever is reading this, it's okay to miss a few days, just make sure you come back 💗

    This is the first time I have been able to do tree pose with my foot against my inner thigh, until now I could only balance with my foot against my lower leg. I’m so excited, I may never stand on 2 legs every again 🙏🏼❤️
