    Kassandra, my whole arm goes numb when I put it against the wall in the beginning. I backed out a lot but it's still a strain. When I'm further from the wall it still cuts off my circulation to have my arm straight back, but if I bent my elbow and only have my hand touching the wall, I'm okay. I can't believe it! Are there any other variations I could try? Any other poses that work this area? Thank you!

    After an extremely stressful day, both physically and emotionally, as a caregiver for my elderly father, I found this video to be very centering. I admit to crying (or as I like to call it 'watering the soul seeds') in the final pose. Thanks. I'm saving this for the future. I know I will rest peacefully tonight.
