    It's all a hoax and it's all viruses parasites I'm old they just don't do the right tests they do the ones that they either don't do it right or its a false negative. For Lyme's the only accurate test is igenex and one other company it has two names in it but I can't remember what it is. Notes medical tests also don't cover mycoplasma.
    Weight gain like diabetes also has to do with not having a probiotics an enzymes and then also has to do with disease bad eating habits yeast / growth leaky gut syndrome

    What a waist of my time. I didn't learn anything from this except that people are still believing the myth about protein. I've lost 45 lbs in six months on a whole food, plant based life style without doing any extra exercise. I never count calories, I eat till I'm full, never feel deprived, and I have tons of energy. I've reversed type two diabetes, high blood pressure, erectile dysfunction, and shortness of breath. My nueroendocrine pancreatic cancer has shown no new growth in existing tumors and no new tumors for the first time in six years.

    It is simple. Eat once a day. Just steak on one day and the next day just salad. Try this for 30 days and you will be amazed. It is that simple.
    I had to go to a family function yesterday. All the women were fat and they were stuffing their faces with everything on the table. Like a flock of Locusts. They couldn't stop. They must eat all day every day. It was disturbing. I kept my mouth shut and I left early.
    I will repeat, "just one meal a day". It is soo simple.

    so is nobody going to address how they strip our bread of nutrients (wheat germ for example), how they slip in sugar in everything and use poor ingredients? How are we all pretending that “our bodies” are to blame when in fact, we are being fed nutrient depleted food cooked to death in addition that in no way nourishes us and so our bodies are constantly hungry because there NO NUTRIENTS! They cannot address that because it would be throwing world food companies and we are all scared of the repercussions.

    They totally got things wrong in this documentary. It's excessive consumption of carbohydrates that cause obesity. Doctors and scientists have known this for over a hundred years. Of course, Ancel Keys cheated on his research and convinced the US government that eating fat caused heart disease and this ultimately resulted in drastic increases worldwide in obesity and chronic diseases. If you don't eat fat, and eating too much protein is supposedly bad for you, that leaves only carbs for fuel. The increase in carb consumption since 1977 is why the world is so obese and sick today. Do the math. The average person consumes over 1/2 pound of sugar every day.

    Tried everything and still fat.can't exercise anymore as ive exercised all my life and now have hypothyroidism, cfs,fibromyalgia, ankolosing spondalytis chronic pain,ibs, inflammation, muscle spasms, rhinitis, hiatus hernia,gerd, tinnitus, carpal tunnel, etc

    This is because of all the hormones, toxins, chemicals etc that is out into your food and water supply. If we were all slim, fit and healthy there would be no need for the diet industry, the big pharma, gyms, etc, so why would the establishment do anything to alleviate obesity. xxx

    wow i had to stop watching to literally lol when 1/2 way thru the guy falsely claims we have taste buds for protein what a joke this video is?! not wasting any more time on this nonsense! figured it was "bad" when the research participants diet choices were explained plus the video also seems to be promoting bariatric surgery(sure one a million people wins the lotto but most don't win that big he even admitted they only lose 55% of the weight?!?! come on!!), so when i saw there's yet ANOTHER different bariatric surgery it makes me wonder why? if it's sooo effective/easy/safe for people to lose weight this way then why do they keep changing the surgery slightly!? hmmm guess people have been mislead and just want the supposedly easy way out(which usually doesn't work especially for the risks involved, sure any surgery risks death BUT they failed to mention the multitude of other risks for bariatric surgery too!!)….gee wonder why the researchers didn't include a third intervention group on the only diet(wfpb) that actually already has been scientifically proven multiple times the most effective even proven for long term weight loss????(safer and more effective than bariatric surgery even)… yes there exists a diet that promotes long term weight loss without eating less, without requiring exercise even plus it actually promotes health and longevity(so if weight loss is the only thing that counts there are lots of things like cocain addiction that helps people lose weight but that's not the best for overall health is it?) and I bet they knew what it was at the time of the study too…..js we wouldn't want put cardiologists and other doctors and big pharma outta business would we….no please eat a diet that promotes bad health so these industries can thrive…corporations should be thriving not humans and their health right? The question shouldn't be where do you get your protein it should bew where do you get your fiber?…

    I think it's bread, cookies and wheat products that cause weight gain, add sugar to wheat then you got a recipe for disaster. Also, pork is gonna make people fat, it should never be eaten…ever.

    Not eating (Healthy Fasting and Keto) causes weigh lose. Why needlessly bullshitting and complicating it? I can help anybody who wants to lose weight. Don't listen to the lies of these mainstream fat doctors who average lifespan is 55 years. Listen to people who are living what they preach.
    This whole program is utter bullshit — didn't even mention insulin, keto and fasting. Losing weight is simply a diet choice. What a fucked up world!
