    One more thing weight loss mistake ke baad hair ko aane main 1 year lag gaya. And aapke ek comment padha intermediate fasting wala. Maine wo bhi kiya hua hai. Per aapko sabse pahale intermediate fasting ki full knowledge gain karni cahiye. 2 proper meal per day. Proper ka matlab health but sab kuch.

    Hello, Maine aapka video dekha. Wese main kabhi kisi ke video per comment karti nahi hu but main aaj apne aap ko rok nahi pai. My self neha and I want to share my experience with u.
    Weight loss is important but usse bhi jada important hai ki aapne jo wait loss kiya hai to kitne time tak sustain rahata hai. Weight loss karna koi badi baat nahi hai it is very easy. Maine bhi aapki tarah fast food kha kha kar apne weight 60 kg se 84 kar liya tha. Than mujhe bhi laga weight kab karna cahiye and than Maine bhi jese aap gym jate ho main ghar per 1 hour 30 mints exercise karti thi. And saath hi sathe jo mistake aap kar rahe ho apni diet ko leke wo maine kiya.. Mujhe result bhi mile Maine 4 month ke around apna weight 84 se 61 kg kar liya. But uske baad jo hua Maine sapne main bhi nahi socha tha. Weight loss to ho gaya but diet ko leke jo mistake hum karte hai uske consequences jaldi nazar nahi aate. Weight loss kr baad mere 80% hair 1 month ke under hi jhad gae( hair fall). Mujhe samajh hi nahi aaya galti hui gaya. Mere blood check up main sab gadbad. Than Maine bahut search kiya and mujhe samajh aaya hum apni diet ko is tarah se kam karke Shock dedete hai. Weight loss karte wakt bhoot chad jata hai ki bus jaldi jaldi weight loss ho jae hum bhul jate hai hai ki weight gain bhi to 1 day main nahi hua to lose kese hoga jaldi . Aap weight loss karna cahate ho very good but healthy way se karo. No jaldbaji. Aapko ye chiz samajhni hai ki hamari body jo hai usko sab kuch cahiye everything energy calcium fat protein carbohydrate vitamin everything. Ye sab kese milta hai khane se. To aap apni eating habits main accha food add karo. Fruits, roti is must ( life time to roti ke bina raha nahi sakte hai) , vegetables specially green vegetable, paneer, coconut water, dry fruits, flex seeds, grains,. Khana sab hai warna weight loss ke sath health loss bhi jo jaega. Jo sayad caha kar bhi wapas sahi nahi hoti. Aapko apna diet ese banana hai jo aap life time follow kar sako. Aapko weight loss 4 month kr kiye karna hai ya life time ke liye. Thanks aapne agar mere comment se kuch bhi sikha to. Jo galtiya maine ki main kabhi nahi cahati koi or kare. Good luck.
