    Keep up the work! Fall off for a few days, get back up on your feet and keep pushing on! Keep holding yourself accountable through videos and posts, it helps so much when you don't want to let people down!

    Intermitent fasting is not magic. Is just a tool to help you be on a caloric deficit. Sure it has other benefits but It wont work if you eat whatever you want. Low carb is the same, you cannot eat whatever, the only thing you need is being in a caloric deficit. It does not matter how.

    Also, id advice you to not say things like "oh is probably just water weight". Lying to yourself wont do good.

    I have been losing fat since the begining of last year. Best choice ever. But one thing I learnt is this: be honest with yourself and even if you fail, just get back on track.

    I wish you consistency and strenght. Lets become healthier together this year as well!

    I am so here for it. I love the mystical stuff too and the title is great. I am getting back on my journey as well. I lost about 20lbs in the beginning of last year and I have since gained it back. I totally feel you about thinking I was going to lose the weight quietly and come back with a success story, but it doesn’t feel right. So I’m back where I started but we got this for good this time!

    Thank you for being real and deciding to show the real struggle. I'm glad you decided against losing the weight first and showing us later. This is what everyone needs to see wether they are losing weight or not. It is not always easy. Some people have an easy time being strict and for others it's harder. Just keep going never giver up. Keep doing what is going to get you to where you want to be. Everything adds up. You got this. 👍🎉🎉🎉

    Don't worry we are in the same boat. We just have to find our happy medium. We have to keep going (: We are all on this journey together (: take your time no need to rush. Remember the faster we lose it the faster we gain. Take everything one pound at a time. Don't deprive yourself from the things you want it could result in binge eating. We got this.

    I gained 8 pounds in 2 weeks. I was so sad once I stepped on the scale yesterday. But I know I definitely was just eating anything during the holidays. You got this😉
