Look for yourself… anyone watching this… follow her advice for a month.. have dal chawal in night, have ghee butter mango chikku sugarcane juice jaggery… follow ur natural traditional food… do some exercise and see what happens to ur body… u put on fat or increase weight or not. And she never talks about other grains.. there is ragi, varieties of millet Jawar, boiled rice black rice… olive oil n coconut oil are best… sometimes any other oil can be used.. but olive n coconut much more healthier than peanut oil or mustard oils…white sugar is bad … very bad… so guys plz follow her traditional Indian routine n see

I can't believe that someone is actually promoting to eat more sugar, ghee, white rice and butter. Indians have one of the highest incidences of type 2 diabetes and coronary heart diseases in the world all due to their unhealthy diet. I feel sorry for the people who take her unscientific advise seriously.

I love her 😍, people always give me compliments on my young look , and I love the awe in their eyes the moment I reveal my age to them. And the secret I guess little bit genes and of course the food. I literally follow whatever she was saying since my childhood.so I love her and proud of my mother to make me eat such traditional food.

wrong info jaggery/honey to be eaten in winter only like flexseeds may be said so due to its hot taseer but still jaggery/honey/flexseeds gives more health benefit round the year. another thing missed is using millets instead of wheat/rice only better to replace 20-80% of weight of rice/wheat by millets locally available.

Agree with everything but not with white sugar.. that is something my grand parents never used. I remember eating gud(jaggery) after meals and even enjoying gud churma but i hardly remember them using sugar. It was never a part of my dadi and nani's household. Even when she used to make kheer for us she would let it cool down a little bit and then add pounded gud or shakkar.

I hate India.. I just can’t tolerate Indians. They’re annoying and oversmart.. They can’t mind their own business . Most indians can’t even speak their own language. They have all the time to judge you .. I’m in a far better place , i love Germany ..

Our eating habits and behaving day to day life, everything is defined in Bhagavad Gita. Now-a-days Indians are blatantly adapting western culture and becoming more confused. Whereas the Westerners are syncing with Vedic diets and more Hinduism. I like to share one video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UmAdNb6i24E

At the end of the day burn more calories than you consume. That's what all these people do. They also all exercise religously. Indian diet is awesome!
