    I’m so glad I stumbled across your channel because I definitely can relate to your testimonies. I struggled with my weight all my life. Even with some of the health issues. I tried bring a Vegan for like 45 days and I gave up because I didn’t loose any weight. Even though I knew that it was a better diet but I didn’t see the results so I gave up. This video made me realize how important my health is to my life and as of today I’m going back to Veganism as a lifestyle and not a diet.

    DIY Couple, ya'll are super awesome and encouraging! I know exactly how you used to feel and I'm on a journey to be healthy.
    I just lost 20 lp in 1 month. The only thing i did was quit junk food. This includes candy, soda, pizza, potato chips, fast food, energy drinks, etc. I really love bread and diary so i decided to quit those too. To replace the junk food, I ate kale, spinach, olive oil, coconut oil, fruits, and once a week home baked potato. To replace the creamer in my coffee, I had KetoCreamer (which was really great). I did have yogurt once a week. I did have a serving of a desert 1 time a week on weekends. Now that I'm entering my second month, I realize that I need to eat more protein. Way back when i was in college, I was working out an hour a day and eating really healthy salads with a side of meat. Due to fatigue, my metabolism collapsed and I just started eating everything bad- consequently I gained 100 lb. Looking back now I realize I wasn't eating enough protein. I over worked my muscles and didn't feed them right. Now, I'm considering becoming a vegan and looking at veggies high in protein. I want to be healthier than i was in college! And i want to be this healthy for life!

    Vegans it's easily to lose weight you 💩 out all that unhealthy sugar you consume every day 700+ grams a day that's how to lose weight fast. And all vegans on earth openly accepts and promotes and supports child abuse and murder. Plenty of vegan baby deaths on all media platforms. You are worse than PEDOPHILLES and are devoid of all ethics. All vegans on earth openly accepts and promotes and supports animal abuse and murder getting your fields ready to grow more poison kills billions of animals every year. You claim to be friendly when you threaten ex vegans and farmers etc with murder and rape etc. You claim to be environmental friendly when you want plastic shoes etc and what is growing in pollution every day plastic. Veganism is a toxic sick twisted evil way of life. Go vegan and eat 💩 and 💩 out blood and plants and eventually die WHOO HOO.

    This was so inspiring. I have about 40-50 lbs of weight to lose and sometimes it feels like I never will. I’m 5’4 and 180lbs. My goal weight is 130-140 lbs. In 2015 I weighed about 125-130 lbs. I believe poor eating and meds have made me gain weight, but before this time I’ve always been petite. Thank you for your time and video. It has encouraged me to keep moving forward, soon I will start a plant based diet and I’m already working out. I’ll get there! ^_^

    I recently started Bright Line Eating (exactly five days ago now) and this first week has been HORRIBLE. The sugar withdrawal alone is something I would not wish upon my worst enemy. Please tell me it gets better. ;3;

    Thanks alot, I started a plant based lifestyle two days ago. I really like your recommendations. Went to the restuarant today and all I could order was plain jacket potato, plain salad, mushroom and hot chilli sauce. It was quite filling. I intend to upload weekly videos on my YouTube channel so as to help anyone who wants to embark on the plant based lifestyle with me. #plantbasedlifestylewithlindaagu

    I can reduce my chicken, red meat, and fish consumption. But I find it hard to remove eggs for my daily meal, even though the eggs give me pimples all over my face 🙁
    I really want to be a vegan.

    I cried watching your story. I relate to you as a female trying to loose weight. The trying on clothes crying sessions I've had them WAY too many times. I recently decided to become vegetarian. And right now i am taking this a day at a time. I do not want to be unhealthy anymore. I am so tired of how I have been feeling. I only hope I can see the results not just with weight loss but a lot of issues that I am facing. I feel very confident about eating this way. And I hope I too can one day look back and laugh at how i felt one day.☺

    Do you need to count calories? I am plant based as well for 4 years now and still trying to drop weight. I am lifting weights and doing cardio. My doctor suggested i cut calories down to 1300 a day. So far i have lost 15lbs and still trying to drop another 20 pounds. Do you guys use portion cups or count calories? You guys look great! 💪👍💪

    Such a sweet couple! My hubby and I have done great with vegetarian/vegan when we've tried it. I think YouTube recommended you to me because we're doing juicing/salads/smoothies this week to do a reboot. Might extend that for another week or month or 2!

    Thank you so much for sharing your inspirational stories. I have Volleyed back and forth about being vegan over the years. More specifically because of the animal cruelty. However January 30th of this month I was told I had an a1c of 13. That really floored me and made me take a serious look at my health and what I could do about it aside from medicating myself which I did not want to do. I Have a special needs child who is 16 and relies on me for all of his care. I decided that I cannot afford in any way shape or form to be diabetic and of course to continue to increase my health risks of all sorts of disease. So I decided once and for all to go vegan. So far I have lost 24 lbs. But more importantly I feel so much better!! I was having serious bouts of gastroparesis which has subsided and I have not experienced anymore since I changed my diet. I have cleaned out my pantry and replaced it with everything I need to keep myself on the straight and narrow and so I have what I need at my disposal to make recipes. I have found that I do not miss meat at all. Actually what has been harder is the dairy. I have never drank milk but I do like creamer yogurt and sometimes cheese. So I am experimenting with the dairy free products and am thinking about trying to make my own cheese. I do not mean to this comment to become so long here it is. Thanks again I wish you continued Health on your Journeys.

    Thanks That DIY Couple for sharing this. You have both been transformed and now have a new lease of life which is fantastic. I have been vegan for nearly seven years and i am at my healthiest ever. I was 50 when i went vegetarian and 56 when i went vegan for the animals not knowing i would feel this great. No more Asthma which i had for over 25 years and taking inhalers and no more IBS problems. My immunity is so much stronger and energy levels have increased. Doctors have very little training in food nutrition and out of ignorance and supporting the pharma industry they are over prescribing drugs which are a quick fix for most health issues which can be treated and even cured with a plant based diet. Drugs are poisons and are not the answer as they all have side effects and are unnatural and addictive which can lead to many health problems. Plants have the power to heal and cure and as the old saying goes…..let food be our medicine and medicine be our food….natural plant foods that is…..
