    Sounds like basic hip openers to me. Though far from my favourite since I started folding forward in double pigeon or fire log pose I'm now sometimes able to get into lotus without using my hands, just a personal anecdote I always thought it was never going to happen…

    Thank you so much I really needed this, I’m a bigger but I’ve being practicing yoga for over a year, the only thing is that sometimes I quit for a week or so because of school but l love yoga and how it makes me feel so free and so in control of my body πŸ™πŸΌ
