    Thank you very much for this useful information which I liked. The food shown here are very economical and easily available and one more thing I would like to add is eat 10 slightly boiled ladies fingers daily which lowers blood pressure at a considerable level.

    Since implementing Heron methods a months ago, I just wanted to let you know that I did just one day of the 3 exercises and went from 155/95 to a reading, the very next day, of 121/82. I’m so excited, and I hope to be even lower by the end of the week. I’ve been on Amlodipine and Lisinopril for months, and haven’t been able to get it lower than 135/90.     After getting this t.co/OZWafSlAYV for keeping blood pressure and trying it a week ago, I recognized the difference in my blood pressure levels. It helped maintain the normal rate! In the short time of 20 days, my blood pressure level decreased. Right after Twenty five days my pressure is normal (for me) 120/55.

    Thank you for this video. Ive Really been having a hard time with my blood pressure!! All my fault i know!! Smh. But I've been having chest pain for WEEKS and MONTHS on END now due to wat I'm eating.. Again my fault. And now I'm seeing and noticing its because of wat I'm putting in my body. So I'm getting serious in wat i eat and drink. That means if its not the foods I've learned I'm supposed to eat in this video, I'm not eating it. As i know the consequences to eating/drinking those foods could very well take me out. Or cause irreversible damage to my life. Time it take my hypertension serious!! Hick I'm Already On meds for it. I GOT to make better eating choices. Life is a Gift. And i Must treat it as such. So eating only certain fruits and veggies and wild salmon,, Hell i should Feel better and loose sum weight in the process. All helping out my BP. Thank you Again for this Video.. God Bless.

    I had high blood pressure and took medication to sustain it for 2 years, but I started out this blood pressure level plan “yumkum shocking guide” that I discovered on G00GLE recently. During my next visit to the clinic, the doctor said I did not have to take medicine because my blood pressure level lessened back to normal.

    None of the foods mentioned can be considered as a super-food. Fruits contain no energy and neither do vegetables unless they are cooked and then they provide sugar which actually causes the hypertension. Skimmed milk is useless because all of its vitamins and energy is in the fat. The real super-food like the eggs and full fat none pasteurized milk and fresh cheese is not even mentioned.     I will vouch for the effectiveness of the “Zοtοsο yuku” (look it to G00GLE) that deals with blood pressure. Other items I have attempted only lessened the blood pressure for the meantime. I am glad I found this as it really works. My blood pressure has been consistently running at about 145/90. Under normal conditions, my Blood pressure is now 120/70.
