    styles of yoga day 26: I enjoyed particularly the pigeon variation against the wall so the arms are not working and the body can really let go tensions.

    Im trying this tomorrow, have a terrible back pain in bed for a couple of days, have scoliosis all my life (8 surgeries) 51 now…ouch, to much pain ๐Ÿ™

    Hola le felicito, varios d sus videos me estan ayudadndo con mi dolor horrible d la L4, L5 mas las cervival C4. Le preg es q se q hay muchos, tienes algundo dirijido a desencajar caderas? Asi me siento cadera derecha como enganchada y brazo derecho el hombro tambien como encajado.

    I can't tell you how much this video has helped me! I've been struggling with lower back pain for YEARS. I have an excellent chiropractor, but I would always feel good for 1-2 days, then digress.
    He told me that I have tight muscles and I didn't do much about it.
    Then I decided to try this video out – thinking I'd try to stretch out the muscles – and holy shit that was the answer! After the FIRST TIME I did this video, I felt instant relief! The back pain was 85% gone! YASSS!!
    Now I'm a believer! I'll DEFINITELY be checking out your other videos as I look to increase my flexibility, strength, and balance! Cheers!!

    Thank you for this! I have struggled with back pain as long as I can remember and this practice helped me so much. The final movement actually brought tears to my eyes it was such a relief to feel the tension releasing.
