INGREDIENTS :

  • 1 1/2 cups coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds (Amrita Pantry)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • ½ cup seed butter or nut butter
  • few strawberries (elective for Keto)
  • Mint leaves

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Large bowl  combine coconut milk and chia seeds plus vanilla extract and any sweetener.
  • Let sit in fridge in a single day to activate enzymes
  • Transfer to jars within the morning by including in some seed butter or nut butters.  
  • Top it off with contemporary fruits like blueberries or strawberries and mint leaf or simply eat as is  on Keto
