Omg I had the same thing with my stomach, I needed to take that medication too and I lost like 10 pounds because I started eating clean. It HURT so MUCH so I feel you. Congrats for your journey 💖

Can you talk about where you got inspiration to make/eat the foods you ate and also talk about what types of workouts you did?

Our stories are so similar, my freshman year I ate so poorly and now (sophomore year) I’m at the heaviest weight ever, I’m so discouraged and really want to lose weight. This vid inspired me!

I’m also 5’3 and played volleyball! When I stopped I gained probably two pounds… but my appetite. It was the same… looking back I thought it was the end of the world. Now I’m a freshman in college and in total I’ve gained 11 pounds since, from starting from a string bean my freshman year of high school, (103 lbs), to 115 lbs of pure muscle, to now I’m 126. I’m a very active person, love exercising, but I think the only thing holding me back is food. Gonna go throw out my sugary oatmeal packets!! I greatly appreciate your video:)

Hey I know the feeling, I’ve been down that road before, and nearly gave up. I tried everything and I mean everything. I went from keto, to vegan to fasting and intense workouts and found out I was immensely wrong. Working out on little to no food was a big no no. My body when into starvation mode and then decided to eat the only good nutrients it had to offer which was the little muscle I had..and the fat stayed. Literally dying at this point I had no idea what to do. Until a friend and I discovered this blog that offers a great product that I now use everyday and have lost 35bls in little over a month time.  https://fattoflatcom.wordpress.com/blog/ keep trying anything and everything because you are not giving in to failure. It’s when you quit trying is when you have failed. Don’t give up on that flat stomach no matter how far away it may seem

    wait wait wait
I've been doing around 40 minutes of cardio, then 20 minutes of strength (abs 10 mins every day, and switching off between legs and arms- weights another 10 mins)

Is this okay? She says she wishes she did less cardio and I'm worried now

I’ve been on my weight loss journey off and on for about 4 months but these past two months I have really stuck to it! I agree eating right feels so amazing! I do have slip ups every once in a while but overall I’m loving this lifestyle change. Lost 8 pounds so far and feeling amazing!!
