    My goal is to get to 125 by June 2019. I want to be in a nice little dress by September when I go to vagas. I weight 178 right now. But not just for that reason either though. So I can start feeling great and have energy. Health problems too.

    Been doing your 21 day meal plan for 5 days now and have lost 5 lbs of water weight. Today I'll start exercising. I have to say that my cravings are gone, I feel better and this progress so far has motivated me! Thank you so much <3

    Definitely inspired me! I am currently sitting at 220 pounds and only 5ft2, so hoping to lose around 100 pounds. Watching this has definitely sown the seed of "if she can do it, i can too!" I have a stomach exactly like you had, was it hard to get rid of & did you need to do anything special to help shed it?

    You should be very very proud of yourself! I think weigh loss (the right way) is one of the hardest things to do. How did you get used to eating cleaner and less highly palatable food? When I’m stressed I have such a hard time making healthier choices. The food is like hitting the pressure release valve.
