    Environment is the MOST important thing. I was in a very clean college dorm and I was melting off fat because nobody bought food so I put nothing but chicken in vegetables in it. THEN I got put out of college move in with friends/family making fun of my efforts to eat healthy (or not motivating me at all), dirty dishes so I couldn't cook healthy, and an exetremely filthy house with everybody making so much loud noise I can barely sleep after work. I gained a shit ton of weight back.

    Can you do a video for senior folks who have had a joint replacement ,(For me 1 knee) , Pushups from the ground are difficult to do especially trying to get up . I just started this journey 4 months ago . I am seeing results down from size 52 to 46 . I watch you a lot . I wanna be you when I grow up 🙂
