    I’m about to start meal prep in May an start more strict lifting routine. I didn’t know you could season the food so that’s nice. Just not too much salt. Thanks for showing this. I’ll probably do this same thing.

    I eat 3 eggs with spinach and oatmeal for breakfast and chicken thigh with brown rice and broccoli for my other meal is that a good meal plan or should I change it up?

    How do you get to 173g of protein? I'm trying to count macros and the chicken breast is about 50g, oatmeal is I think 40-50ish (I'll have to look again). And with a protein bar that's maybe 120g. Do you eat a bit more besides the 2 meals and a protein bar?

    Hey brix, I have been watching your videos for almost two years now. I am currently doing intermittent fasting. Tryna follow your ways like eating just twice within the 8 hour eating period of the 16:8 fasting format. My question is, is it ok to have crackers or at least one sweet potato as a snack between the two meals?

    what are some healthy food suggestions that are high in calories? i'm trying to make sure that my calorie deficit isn't too large so that I don't lose a lot of muscle, but I don't wanna eat a bunch of junk food just to make my calorie deficit smaller
