Loved the sequence…just could have done without the yappy dog in the background! I have a yappy dog myself but it still drives me nuts! Oh well…a lesson in staying focused right? Namaste.

    Hi Maris,
I really, really, REALLY enjoyed this flow! There are certain yoga sessions that are very memorable, and this one will really stand out in my memory of truly great practices! Everything about it seemed to flow perfectly for me: your voice and gentle guidance, the sequencing, the tempo. I feel so energized and refreshed, yet relaxed. I will take this feeling into my day as I go to work and interact with others. Thank you for such a lovely and inspiring class 🙂

I adore the sequence of this class but I'd love for you to guide people through much more slowly. I'm intermediate/ advanced level and I can't get full breaths in at the beginning/ middle of the class, which means I fall behind and lose the rhythm of the class!

Love your videos! Just like finding a yoga instructor in real life it's difficult to find a good one on youtube. Your videos are by far the best I have come across. They are challenging but you explain how to get into a position very nicely, and there is no blabla talk. Just straight up explanations. I can completly focus my mind on the movements which should be one of your goals when doing yoga. Keep up the good work! Greetings from Germany!
