    Losing weight is easy just don’t eat as much , gaining muscle is hard as u have to eat a shit don of healthy food and train nearly everyday

    Hi I’m 13 I weigh 140 pounds and I’m 5’5.
    I wanna lose 20 pounds (goal is 120).
    I’m going sports (rugby, starting soccer next month, doing basketball next school semester)
    Also I’m working out everyday.
    I’ll update when summer vacation starts and I’ll see where I’m at. After that I’ll update when summer vacation ends.

    I am 44 years old and my normal weight all my life has been 145 lbs.. now for the first time ever, I am at 175 lbs.. I cannot tell you how depressed I feel some days because I have never had a weight problem.. it is so difficult for me to lose the weight and I’ve never had this issue before.. I weighed 94 lbs all the way up to I was 23 years old!! I want to lose weight and this video has inspired me.. thank you!!

    This honestly came at the perfect time. I’ve recently had a LOT happen all at once that has added a good amount of stress to my life. Because of this, I’ve definitely been eating more food for no good reason other than I’m “bored.” But I think you really hit the nail on the head when you said you realized you were eating because you didn’t have enough love for yourself and were trying to hide. For quite some time, I’ve practiced all this self-love. But since recently, I definitely haven’t been, and I’ve just been using food as my comfort while I hide in my room. This is exactly what I needed to inspire me and get me back on my feet. Thank you for your testimony—it really has impacted me.

    wow. I never thought that someone would be about the same wight as me, I'm 13 and I finally wanted to make a change. I'm so tired of feeling like the big one when all my friends are so skinny and they can eat anything and it doesn't affect them. I'm doing this because I don't want to feel like trash anymore!!!

    I am on a weight loss journey, I was 71kg in January and now I’m 61.5kg
    Almost lost 10kg
    I need to keep going though
    I want to get to 55kg
    Will I still be fat at 55kg I’m not sure , is it a healthy weight for a 5’5 13 year old ??

    hello annie, i watched your video 3 days ago and i heard u say “i cut off chocolate for a year” and i was like… wow!! i can’t do this i guees. but i made up my mind and i decide to cut eating sugary things like chocolate, candies etc.) but for a month (and if i can achieve my goal then it’ll go like that) so it is my third day and i feel great yet. thank you!!

    I’m currently 11 and I weigh 101.2. I don’t know whether it is a lot or too little, but I’m not really happy. My friend is going through puberty and she weighs less than me. That makes me feel a little more insecure so I’m starting to exercise and doing felt tummy work outs and hoping I loose weight. Wish me luck! 🙂

    if your thinking about losing weight by puking it out …SERIOUSLY don't it's bad for your teeth. Why? because the stomach acid in your stomach also comes out with your food when you puke and if you start to get used to puking ur food out daily your teeth will begin to rot…A lil help from an underrated intellectual lol

    pls get this comment noticed so others won't make this mistake
