    you mean to tell me you just eat a tiny pack of oatmeal for breakfast? i would eats 6-7 of those

    and you drink smoothie for lunch?

    and you eat grilled chicken for dinner?

    girl, you're supposed to eat a lot during the day and eat less during nights xD
    the things you're doing are totally reversed

    eat lot and have enough physical exercise is the key

    and yea, don't forget fruits

    Roman lettuce doesn't have any nutritional value, you might as well just drink a glass of water because thats what it's mostly made up of. You should have more of dark leafy greens with the grilled chicken instead 🙂

    I’ve struggled with my weight for years and I am willing to be smaller and not get called fatty fat and all names at school so I will try some of these foods !!! Super exited for breakfast

    I love this video and all of your food examples, except a lot of people don't know that that icecream that is low in calories is filled with fake sugar which is not as fattening but very damaging to your body and is as bad for you as real sugar.

    Love this because it’s simple… I hate watching videos where people make these complex meals with random crazy ingredients that are mad expensive and you won’t use in any other recipe and they’re like yeah I swear by that. I just need a simple diet plan. What do you when you aren’t home to eat or when you crave certain foods?
