    I am strong, I am calm, I am feeling the wave, and I choose to catch it at its calm.
    I am calm.

    Always finding a new meaning to "center" and i am always amazed by my body and mind and their comprehension to this term ;))) sometimes centering seems like an evidence a natural matter of fact initiated by my body and mind and sometimes it is a difficult decision or a daring challenge that requires a lot effort and heat but in all these cases it always feels good with you Adriene be it one or the other and it was fun.

    Wow I remember this one, especially for your beautiful loving of Benji. It is a yummy core practice to start, then awesome body strengthening in those planks. Just the right length for my morning practice and feeling the power building again, another on my favourites list. Day 29 tomorrow nearly the end of FOCUS ! 🧘🏼‍♀️🧘🏻‍♀️🙏💞

    Still seeking out some low impact videos and so this one was a must. I love it so much but also… Does anyone else basically move across the room when you dip your hips/legs side to side? Almost wriggled out of my jumper!! 😂

    Wow Adriene, what can I say besides wow. Thank you so much for you have honestly never failed to help create a space within myself that I always aim to come back to. Personally, my life has felt like nothing short of chaos and stress lately, and I have been missing a very key part of life lately, which is yoga – with you! Thank you for continually giving out videos that apply to anyone, and this truly was better medication than I could have hoped for after so many months of stress. I set a goal this morning to allow myself the time to do yoga to try and feel better inside today, and made that time tonight. This short video helped me reconnect mentally, feeling a surge of good energy to my brain tonight. I don't know if you will see this, but you have never failed to get me through tough, challenging changes in my life. Namaste.
