    Di moong dal, in any form, is very good for weight loss n even rajma, chane, Chole also as they r rich in protein… N don't avoid ghee… I would recommend start preparing ur vegetables in ghee or coconut oil… But coconut oil humare taste ka nahi hai isliye have ghee in moderation around one spoon in all each meal… U can put it in dal chawal also
