    Honestly, several of these poses hurt. Especially the longer I stayed in them. I suppose that's just lack of flexibility, but it really made it hard to focus on the chakras and breathing.

    Loved this! I find lizard pose extremely intense but I stayed with it and focused on my breath. Iโ€™ve been neglecting my yin practice, but have recently started doing your yin videos again and they always bring my soo much peace so thank you ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿง˜โ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿ•‰
