  • 3 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 2 cups gluten-free rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup gluten-free oat flour (finely floor from gluten-free oats)
  • 3 Tbsp chopped pumkin seeds or sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup dried blueberries


  1. Preheat oven to 350 levels F (176 C).
  2. In a big bowl, mix chia seed meal and water and let relaxation for 5 minutes to realize “eggy” texture.
