    I’m on my weight loss journey after many failed attempts. I’ve eased myself into it and watch videos like this to keep me going. I’ve lost 34lbs so far and have 50 to go. I agree that sustainability is the main thing too. I’ve actually come to enjoy counting calories/logging my food and tracking my TDEE with my Apple Watch. I don’t deprive myself of anything. It’s hard to not beat myself up over a bad day. But these videos help reassure me. Thanks for posting this!

    During your weight loss did you do mostly lifting and little cardio? I currently do mostly cardio because it burns a lot of calories and I know I’ll loose weight at the end of the week but I dread it!!! I badly want to start mainly lifting but I’m afraid the weight loss will stop… help!

    I love this! Thank you for posting! I always say the same things. I’ll start and exercise and eat healthy and if I eat bad I always say well I gotta start over next week. But why next week.. I don’t know why I feel that way.

    Needing to hear this today! I had a good day, ate good and worked out, until tonight. I had chocolate. I felt lousy and like I ruined my whole day. But you’re right, I’m not going to gain 5 lbs. and tomorrow is a new day. 🙂

    Please do the lifestyle change video!!! I need it! Lol. I am having a hard time with trying to change my mind set, to it being a lifestyle, because I havent found anything that works for me! But I will keep trying!! I wanna try to be a better healthier me!!

    😍😘😘😘 love your advice and food ideas can u please 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾 create and ebook of recipes and or meal ideas for breakfast lunch dinner snacks about 90 days worth I would pay for it 25 to 30 even 40 for it please think about it one biggest issues I have is thinking things to eat that easy and tasty to eat that will help me lose weight

    I almost cried watching this. I've tried so hard, so many times with diets that are not sustainable for me. I yo-yo diet so much that the time I last on them gets shorter and shorter and I'm lucky if I make a whole day on one diet anymore. I always feel like I need to be so extreme, like it is all or nothing with me. I need to stop that. I've dieted my way up to 60lbs heavier than when I started. I originally only wanted to lose about 10 lbs. I gave myself a terrible eating disorder where I'm now afraid of food. I feel like just eating healthy whole foods and eliminating processed junk is really what might work for me, without any calorie ristriction and just working out as much as I can without over doing it and most importantly and what I needed to hear the most, consistency, I need to just keep going with it and not give up and switch things after a few days becuase I get too scared that I'm not doing it right. That has to stop. I'm going to really try this now. You have really helped me to open my eyes about things, about how I've created this endless cycle of dieting and shame I put myself through. Thank you so much for making this video.

    i learned that losing weight is hard especially if u look at ur body on the mirror every morning ..u should live normally and happy while eating healthy and working out…crash diets is like living in hell🙏🏽and if u feel like eating something sugary just eat it and dont feel bad its ok …i hard to learn this the hard way

    Im starting a weight loss journey again, eating the foods I normally eat, just less of it, logging calories and going for walks when I feel like it, I do feel somewhat hungry every now and then, does it get easier as you go on?

    I'm having such a hard time with trying to motivate myself. I love how you talked about it, it made me feel a little more at ease about it.     omg everything you say is so true i am also a quitter…i don't know why i do it. i am on weight watchers since feb and it has been a struggle i did lose almost 20 lbs but i have moments where i don't care what i eat and gain weight…i end up losing it again but I've been staled for months already haven't lost anything. i am going to do this and start exercising. i eat at night too and that is my biggest issue. so far I've been good at not buying fast food but losing weight is so hard for me i could look at a burger and gain 15 lbs from it. thank you for this i don't feel alone. i want to finally get my shit together and lose weight. its def a lifestyle change and i know i have a lot of things i need to work on.

    This video helped me so much! I got pregnant with my son when I was 19 and gained 140 pounds. I am now 22, and after trying hundreds of diets, I still have not been able to lose the weight. What you said about making it a diet you can stick with for the rest of your life makes so much sense. I am going to start slow and figure out something I can live with.     Yeah its really important to say that restriction works for different people cause like in the beginning I’m not so strict but I also feel like being strict kinda helps me keep focused , but I love all your tips I just found you from obese to beast
