Well, I wouldn't touch estrogenic SOY ever..! Also all oils are bad even olive oil isn't healthy. It oxidized in the body and it's highly calorie-dense food. After all, Human doesn't need to consume oil to stay healthy or survive. Human body needs healthy Fat…!

Huh?!? EVOO has a very low smoke point. It's dangerous to cook with it. I assume you meant regular olive oil.

Olive oil is the healthiest kind of oil, but should be used in moderation, if at all. Whole foods are usually better for you, like olives, for example. Unfortunately, olives are salty, so also in moderation. Some experts, like Dr. Caldwell Esselstyn say it promotes heart disease. Also, oils are more calorically dense than sugar! I use extra virgin olive oil, but I spray it on when I do.

Kinda missed pointing out that the protein in ALL vegetables is of a extreme low quality and has little effect on the body.

I enjoy your videos and hope you can address this question. I've been hearing more about oxalates in some leafy greens and lectins in beans that can be harmful. I'm having a hard time getting the real story on this because it seems many sources have either an agenda or just regurgitate the same dogma they have learned. I believe every aspect of our dietary paradigm needs to be reconsidered. What are your thoughts?
