    Hey joanna!=D thanks alot for sharing this video.. Oat & lemon are always be my foods every morning.. Can i ask something?,can i eat noddle 2 times a week if i still want too lose weight? I'm already take a break for my eating/workout routine and try too enjoy my day,but i'm still wondering about eating some foods.. My weight still on track and im just worried if my eating/workout habits change can make me gain weight. Love from Sarawak =)
