    I turned 16 2 weeks ago and ive been fat all my life
    Im a short girl 156 cm or 5’1 feet
    My weight is 58 kilo or 127 pounds
    I have a bf we’ve been together for 3 years now
    He supports me but everyone even my self hates me
    I only wanna lose like 10 kilos

    I used to cut down my dinner, ill blend 1/2 Carrot and 1 tomato in the evening and drink tht daily…when i blend thm..the paste automatically bcome rich so it helps to fill my stomach…aftr tht I won't feel like eating anything… Previously my weight was 60kg and Now my weight is 53 kg within 3 months… JUST SUBSTITUTE UR DINNER WITH THS RAW CARROT AND TOMATO.. It even improves my skin too..and never forget to drink lots of water…

    Hi kelly…i was 98 kg in february and now in early may 79kg ..no exercise bcoz i dont hv time but just change the way i eat my meals n its exactly like what u said on controlling the amount we eat n ur tips n advise is 100% correct
