    Bananas are good then? I've spent my whole life being told that bananas have way too much sugar in them, are super bad for you; and basically destroys you from the inside.. I hate the people around me sometimes. :/

I make kimchi and sour pickles and sauerkraut I'm black guy like I ferment a lot. You can also have vitamin A overdose. I learned overseas especially Morocco how to eat pumpkin in Savory dishes and I continue to do it now. Get a little package of dried wakame if you like me so soup rehydrated and put a piece in sliced up. I'm vegan and we all use nutritional yeast, Lots. Pound 4 pound sweet potatoes of the most nutritious item in the produce section. You can purchase Moringa powder if you're up north like I am.
